Summary: Starscream is new to Megatron's unit and quickly figures out that his commander has big plans. He asks what they are, and  Megatron, who realizes just how emotion-driven his new lieutenant is, decides to make sure he's... sufficiently excited about them.

This fic is for the January Beginnings challenge at crimson_optics. I didn't really want to rewrite their first encounter in another continuity, so I decided to go with this.
