I like how you've developed the theme of identity, and how Nova admitting (or reclaiming possibly :P) her true identity - even in partial secret - has emerged as a natural progression of events and doesn't feel forced.
The twin bots fit in really well into this chapter, and are so memorable for minor characters. Damn, I even felt sorry for them (me, the hardened Decepticon sympathiser!). They deserved what they got for picking a fight with an ex-Decepticon flier, but the poor, twitching and unconscious mech, abanoned by his twin, was really tragic.
