Sorry it's taken me so long to read and comment.

I really like Brightbolt in this. And the distinctions you draw betwen Decepticon and Autobot tactics, along with the reasons for those. Very cool.

Also these lines:

And using it, she realized, hearing the high whine of its gathering charge.

Awesome.
