I would actually refine the warning to include guro more explicitly, to be honest. Not that I mind, but guro is a specific squick to some people more than just a little blood/pain play.

Well, obviously I loved it. I really love how it captures the feel of the Megatron: Origins verse perfectly. I love how Megatron has to, I don't know how to describe it, but strategize and kind of 'woo' (if that makes any sense?) Starscream rather than just beat him down and bully him. It shows an intelligent, focused Megatron, but one who is not flat or thin, though he's still quite possibly a megalomaniac.
Starscream is wonderful--proud and fighting to the end, clever and grasping and never giving in, even when he submits.

As always, the prose is rich and lush and vivid.
