I've decided to post my fic only to AO3 and FFN. It's just getting to be too huge a hassle to crosspost it everywhere in creation.

I believe this means that my stuff will no longer be indexed on thecybertronian over at LJ, which saddens me. I may post some sort of link on transficsation or crimson_optics or something. I don't know. I just feel like I can't do this whole spending half an hour rampantly c&ping and reformatting headers over and over and such.

Hence, the following has AO3 headers, reformatted a bit, and links to it over there. Longtime readers, please let me know if this is a problem and you need me to crosspost somewhere else.

Also, for those of you who follow my tumblr: How do you think I should deal with it when someone (like myself, here) de-anons from the kink meme? I could either edit the post that originally linked to whatever fic and crediting it to "Anonymous," so that there aren't duplicates in the archive, or I could re-post using the proper author's name, whatever summary they give once they de-anon, etc.

The latter would create dupes, but I'm not sure anyone would see the former, since tumblr goes so darned fast. Opinions, please?

I don't usually like Megatron's original alt, and most of what I write is drawn from many different canons so he's usually something else. But... sometimes it just works, and the image of Starscream wielding him at the last, losing battle for his home just grabbed me today and would not let go of my mind until I wrote it down.

Way back when I wrote Happiness Is A Warm Gun all those long months ago, it really got me interested in the idea of how Starscream and Megatron would have to be in sync with one another for that wielding to work. And I think it would be deeply in evidence in the battle for Vos; as I see them, they both deeply value it. Starscream, obviously would because it's his home -- but in my personal funky headcanon Megatron does too. It's a place that Starscream leads, which means it's a place for competence and elegance and its own little brand of ruthlessness, and as I see it Megatron approves very much of those things.

And so... this.

Some time has passed; Megatron has gone back to his regular everyday life, including his usual dalliances with Starscream. Soundwave has done his best to make his peace with this and allow things to return to normal. Until he discovers that there's more Megatron wants from him than what he took the first time.

Those, he wants to sense, despite the bittersweet jealousy he feels when he picks up Megatron's memories of passionate interfacing with Starscream. Usually, Megatron is sated by the time he meets with Soundwave, but this time it's obvious to the telepath that he still has some... energy that needs burning off.

did enough in that, when all Cybertronians suddenly had a common enemy. I kept hoping Galvatron would break free of Unicron's control and the Autobots and Decepticons would take the bastard down together, but no.

This is my answer to that oversight. OC-centric.
