First off, I have to say my brain exploded from epicness overload. I have a large weakness for these two and...this sent me happily tumbling over the edge. Now let's see if I can pull the pieces back together long enough for me to form a coherent reply.
Some of the narrative leaves me a bit lacking in knowledge, but this is a good thing, as it leaves me to contemplate just how everything got to the point where the story picks up—a bit of mystery, if you will.
I love Starscream's characterization in this. He's adorable, even when he's doing something kinky like foot worship. He really is a stark contrast between his G1 counterpart who likes being forced. SG!Starscream just wants to please! And I can't help but feel a bit of sorrow that his Megatron can't quite understand his need for the submission. Poor thing! And speaking of Megatron...
This is a bit of a different side to him, a little less...rough, perhaps. Like he said, he wants to use Starscream, not break him, and I think that really reflects in the personality you've written for him here.
