AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA yes, yes he did. He doesn't see any scrap of logic to Megatron's behavior, which pretty much translates to "You're crazy." in Shockwavian.
Also, the day I can't make fun of my own Megatron obsession is the day I take all of this stuff entirely too seriously. :-)
