No problem. I just did some peering at the Wiki and it appears that in the Marvel comics, Jetfire's optics are indeed red.
In the G1 episode, though, Skyfire's are blue.
Which always struck me, because if you're aware of the "Autobot = blue optics, Decepticon = red optics" convention (though canon was never religious about it), you know where Skyfire ends up from the very beginning of the ep.
Which is sort of, y'know, "Hey, Starscream and Megatron -- look at his damn head!"
