And yes, the part you quoted is one of my favorites as well :) Like stainless mentioned above there are a lot of... not very positive/healthy reasons that get thrown around about Starscream's masochism, and while people can certainly think that way if they want to, I prefer to write him as being a masochist because he just is-- he craves (Megatron's) power and doesn't see submission as shameful, but rather a direct way to experience that power for himself.
